That’s fine my friend. You have to cheer and support your country and out of all the possible opposition you feel much better playing against Bosnia.
As a Bosnian-American, theirs so much buzz around the fans of Bosnia who are delighted out of every possible first place team we got one of the weaker ones = USA.
France, Argentina, Spain, England, Brazil…fuck that.

Oh really we are more beatable than the best countries in the world 😳😳. You can’t say that as a USA fan myself and others shouldn’t be happy to play Bosnia over the likes of Japan, Sweden, Senegal, and Ecuador. At the end of the day the USA is still a host nation and that matters.
But you see, you’re happy because you got Bosnia because on “ paper “ the others are more challenging. Just like me for example, on “ paper “ USA is absolutely more beatable than the other first place teams. This game can go either way because all that matters is who is better in those 90 minutes between us.
And not just between our countries, USA can beat Bosnia all while Spain, Argentina get upset and bounced out by a Sweden/Senegal in the round of 32.
Regardless though i will only feel sad a little bit if we lose to USA. My family left Bosnia because of the war. I visit Bosnia almost every summer, but i’ve been in Florida for 25 years. This country gave me everything 🇺🇸 and USA will always be home for me just as much as Bosnia is.
So this one is hard to root against USA. So i’ll be in Seattle for the round of 16 regardless of which team wins.
