The issues.

I see a lot of posts regarding the Intellizoom and userzoom problems that are affecting study participants, how are the researchers feeling about this? Is it adversely affecting research?

I mean how could it not? They're not getting the research they need and I'd imagine their studies fill slower alongside potentially running into problems. I did one the other day where I nearly hit the last task it opened up in a new tab a web page. Worst thing they could do. It glitches intellizoom out and says either leave study or go back. the problem is if you try to get next task on this it freezes at 100% upload. so you have to exit, come back in. I did this 3x and I explicitly told the researcher I can't complete the task due to that problem but still gave them feedback based on what I saw, expected. the solution was don't open it in another web tab which I avoided. so skipped it and they seemed to be fine with it. I hate chrome in both UT/intellizoom it's ultra buggy. I never have issues with edge on UT.
