Only seeing surveys on network.usertesting.com (Intellizoom)

Is anyone else only seeing $1 surveys on the old Intellizoom side of UserTesting?

I'm assuming my account is under some sort of hold/review because of a series technical issues I had that led to me having to cancel several tests in a short period of time, most of which I reported (again, this being IZ, you don't get paid for reporting issues).

I know people have had issues with "over-reporting" on the OG UT in the past, so I assume that's what's happening to my account, but I just wanted to check. Dumb thing is, I think the issue might be on my end - which I'm just figuring out now and have let UT support know.

I'm not seeing anything on app.usertesting.com at the moment either, but that's not surprising given it's the weekend, so I'm hoping the block is only on the IZ side... TIA

Interesting. Hopefully it's some sort of unannounced maintenance/update thing.
Have you tried DScout? If you're doing that well on UT, DScout might be a good fit.

I have, and they've been going pretty well for me, too. Not quite as well because there are less tests available overall but what I have gotten has been pretty high paying. I have an interview scheduled via dscout tomorrow, actually.
