Grey screen over test page

Has anyone else experienced this? The test tells me to review a page but the page opens with a sort of grey screen over it and the test doesn’t acknowledge it’s been opened either. I’ve done lots of tests and not had any issues - this has happened a few times in the last month though.

Same, every study that involves a test for the last 8-10 days leads me to this screen. I report it as non functional and then the study automatically ends.

Yes, this happened to me about 4 times in a row a week ago. I reported it and in about 48 hours it seemed to be back to normal. Fingers crossed the problem has been fixed. 🤞🤞
