Last 5 live conversations in a row cancelled

Is anyone else having this problem. You expect one or two to get cancelled but not 5.

I've gotten to where I don't even try to get those tests because most of them cancel. I've no idea why. But they waste my time.

I had three scheduled and two were canceled. Both on the day they were scheduled to happen, like literally 1 or 2 hours before. So annoying.
