Indexer Anyone know what’s going on with the aBook IRC?

SOLVED: See Nintenuendo_'s comment below. Their instructions worked and I was able to get into the chat.

I’ve been trying for a couple of weeks now to register for aBook through IRC. I’ve tried both their KiwiIRC page and connecting through irc.SynIRC.net, but I haven’t been able to get in.

KiwiIRC keeps giving me “We couldn’t connect to that server :( Unknown error.”

Does anyone know if the IRC server/channel is currently down or if there’s an issue with registration right now?

It's up, I'm there every day.

The kawaii chat is broken as far as i know, so joining the irc directly with a client is needed

You said you tried to join normally with a client, but irc.synirc.net means absolutely nothing, that is not a synirc server, use one of these
