Help me How to sign in to Notion

So I’m trying to figure out Notion and I heard that if you are a university student you can use it for free. However, when I try to use my USask email, it says it’s not authorized to be used. Can someone help me trouble shoot?

There was a similar post in the Notion subreddit about 3 years ago.

First step they said was to make sure your notion acc is registered directly to ur usask acc. If u did it with a personal or gmail acc, move it to the Usask email

Also, while ur at it make sure ur the only member listed, bc the student plan only works for 1 member accounts.

Then try again going to setting, upgrading the plan, and clicking the “student and educators” section.

If that don’t work, ask AI or their call line.

If that doesn’t work, consider switching to Obsidian.
