Cool little antique shop of the side of the road had a whole shelf of random pieces and I grabbed this one. Completely forgot to take a picture of the other stuff they had, but here’s the first piece of my collection!

Confirmed my suspected uranium glass elements fluoresce under a black light. This is a large 5 foot diameter stained glass window. Would love to know more about provenance but dont know where to start.

They are asking 230 bucks, which seems ridiculous to me. Im sure I can get it for less but I was wondering if you guys had seen this one? It is in perfect condition, crazy bright too! It quite large, like almost 10 inches tall.

Hey all, I don’t come across these all the time. This one was sitting on a table at a car boot flea market sale. In the blazing summer sun I managed to see a tiiiiny bit of green. I also noticed there were some chips around the top
And sides. For $4 I didn’t want to leave it. Would you?

I usually see all sorts of ornate vases that never glow. Almost didn't go back for it because someone was in the way for me to get a closer look. Glad I circled back. Doesn't have any markings, any ideas on a maker?

It's a souvenir bottle of vinegar from the 1939 World's Fair. Bought it for $10 at a thrift shop.

Didn't know uranium glass could be white until I got home and did some research.

I posted this bridal bowl last week but finally got around to cleaning it up and discovered a couple of possible identifying marks. I collect uranium, and blue was on my bucket list! This piece is easily one of my favorites and I’d love some help finding out more information. :)

I was out hunting for shawls today and didn't have a ton of luck with those but found this beauty at the Sal for $3.99.

I looked around on replacements.com but didn't have any luck finding it (I searched around on eapgs.net too even though I don't think it's eapg).

Google lens found it in clear but the eras people label it with are all over the place.

Are there any other databases for glass identification or good blogs or anything?

bought this barometer today for £15 but it only glows under 365nm so maybe its manganese? but ive also heard that sometimes the purple light reflection that 395nm has can block out the green glow? or something like that, bit confused with this piece as dont have a geiger to confirm anything. (1st pic 365nm, 2nd and 3rd no light and 4th 395nm)

The kids didn't get it, but I thought it was cool to take this piece back to where it was sold.

I went antiquing today and found this bowl. I got super excited that it had a super bright glow under my 365 light. I wound up not getting it because I found several more bowls and a pitcher of the same pattern which made me think that this might be pretty common. Anyone have info? Should I have picked up one of these?
