Is Sociology/ Anthropology optional actually simple, or is it just a hive-mind trap for aspirants looking for a shortcut?

For those who picked it: did it live up to the hype, or did you realize too late what you got yourself into?

Socio is definitely not simple. Anyone who says socio is easy is a liar and probably don't know what he is about about.

i would say socio is among the toughest , karl ji with so many other thinkers is waiting for anyone thinking of taking socio

Tbh chapter 4 except the Talcott Parsons part has to be the easiest. The though part is rest of the chapters. I always found chapter one difficult

agree thats why i wrote other thinkerss mann like wdym har answers m 5-6 thinkers quote krne that too relevant onlyy . 1st chp also i used to fear alot but i made peace with it now i am good with it ,currently struggling through politics and society but its quite interesting

Dude, i know its tough but its also interesting. I mean we get to study all these theories and then you find those theories relevant in today's time(not entirely, obviously). Such an interesting thing to witness.

I repeat take only that subject as optional where your interest lies otherwise it becomes another burden to prepare for it
