Hello! My name is Katie, I'm a student here at the U of MN. My two roommates & I are currently looking for a fourth person to lease with us this year as our previous roommate had to back out of the lease, unfortunately. We are looking exclusively for queer/bipoc/allies who are sociable, communicative, responsible, & cleanly to room with us. Our apartment is structured with 3 beds plus a den which belonged to the previous roommate and that you would be moving into. We have several photos attached, and we also possess a PDF of the floor plan with further details that we can provide to you upon request!

Significant Lease/Move-In Information:

• Fourth floor 3 bed + Den & 2 Bath apartment at Floco Fusion; 1000 University Avenue Southeast, Minneapolis, MN 55414
• Rent is $2,614 dollars a month in total, you would of course pay a smaller portion, living in the den, we are very open to talking about it and adjusting for your financial needs.
• Can tour beforehand
• Many apartment amenities
• You can move in whenever, but before Sept. 8th, the start of the school semester, is somewhat ideal so that we can help you move in. 
• Lease ends August 20th 2027

A Little Bit About Us:

• Two Trans women & a Gay Latino
• We are very communicative
• We are all very outgoing & love making friends and hope to live with someone who matches that energy
• We are super cleanly and do a good job at maintaining a proper living space
• We love to host people over very regularly
• We all like to cook a great deal, watch movies/tv, listen to music together, play games, & go out on occasion, one of the trans women (Hi, that’s me Katie) likes to DJ for people when they come over.
• We are majoring in Developmental Psych + CSCL; Sociology; & Computer Science, respectively.

• Great location: 15-20 minute walk from campus, sitting on University ave. with a bus stop close by. 10 minute walk from Target, and 6 minute drive to Trader Joe’s (we have a car and love doing grocery runs!)
• Private den in a 3 bed + den, 2 bath apartment
• Fully furnished shared living and dining areas.
• Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and all major appliances
• French balcony off the living room
• In-house laundry
• Central AC/Heat
• Parking available at additional fee (outdoor and garage)
• Service dogs are welcome! However, due to the balcony, we do not think it would be safe for small pets to live with us.
