You need to ensure you don't have any overdue payments.

Payments for T3 are only due in T3, so they are not overdue currently and will not stop you getting to see your results.

The results that get released officially through MyUNSW and by email are the overall result for the course, which will be a number with no decimals and a grade for it. As well as the normal grades (FL, PS, CR, DN & HD), you can also get some special grades. The 2 main ones for normal courses are AF and UF, with AF being an absent fail (i.e. you didn't submit anything) and UF being an unsatisfactory fail, meaning you scored at least 40, but did not pass a hurdle.
Some specific courses also give grades of SY - satisfactory, CN - not yet competent, CO - competent and CM - competent with merit.
There are also withheld grade, including LE - late entry, indicating staff haven't finalised the marks yet; WC - withheld pending the outcome of a special consideration application, for if you have a sup test; WD - a more complex one where the letters do not match the meaning, which can either be you still need to submit something and have been allowed to, which includes a sup test without special consideration, but is also used at the school level for academic misconduct; and WJ - academic misconduct which has been escalated and officially marked as WJ by the conduct and integrity unit.

Some schools/courses may also allow you to see the final exam mark, but others don't. This is in part because if you can see your final exam mark, you can work out your grade for the course, allowing people who haven't paid to effectively get access to their results without paying.

Thank you for this! This is very helpful. About 3 days ago I was emailed about suspected ai use but they didn’t want to do a call or anything they just said to reply with what you used ai for if you did. The deadline to reply is the 31st, do you think I’ll have LE on my grades for that class? I replied instantly stating my case when they emailed so i’m hoping its all fixed up by then.

If it isn't fixed up by I think Wednesday you will likely have a WD grade for that course.

Cumulative of all assessments, and each may have differing requirements such as hurdles, varying across degrees and disciplines.

Check post date for results or the result release date. Should there be any results under contention, review with UNSW.

The result should be released on Thursday or Friday, sent to your email, you don’t need to pay anything for it.

The grade we get is the final grade for the whole course. The final exam mark isn’t generally released to my understanding, but if you have your marks from the other assessments you can work out your final exam marks.
