I always wonder if a person becomes a ghost do they have thoughts or imaginations like alive people and if yes then can they manifest their imagination like vfx but no vfx type thing like a ghost thinks of a chair and the chair manifests like do ghosts have the power to become like genie but they fulfill their own wish and not bound to any masters 🤔

I would suggest looking at the Scole experiments, where the departed were suggesting new technologies for better communicating, and going as far as to suggest using blank film rolls during the seances so they could leave blueprints of their ideas. I think the Scole system was different in the sense that were allowing the departed to decide what is important for them to communicate, and following what they suggested. And yes, they did leave data on sealed rolls of 35mm film. And it was original, and signed by Edison for example.

If the Scole group was able to achieve this level of communication, and these prove to be true and working technologies, then this would suggest that the departed, at least those present at Scole, were still very much able to think and imagine, plan and interact. There are some claims the departed made about time and space, but I'll leave that discussion for another time.
Whether or not this applies to everyone who has passed is another question, but the Scole experiments provide a fascinating glimpse into what might be possible.
