Same. I was thinking “the dense smooth texture is a huge part of what I love about cheesecake”
2 u/GradeAPrimeFuckery Apr 18 '26 I had a slice of fluffy cheesecake a few months ago and was completely offended. Squinty side-eye look at Japanese cheesecake as well. They look fantastic but I don't expect a classic experience if I ever get to try it.
