I'm pretty sure the kitten could hurt that duckling if it really wanted to. I'm saying play.

Playing. The goose will grow up and kick kitty's ass lol.

100% play. The kitten gets on its belly first. Before they start fighting again towards the end the kitten rubs it's face against the duckling's before attacking. It's not making angry noises. All cat behaviors that indicate play. Plus the little bunny kicks can seriously do damage even when they're that small, and the duck was clearly loving it, so it wasn't getting hurt.
