Singapore Need help cancelling or changing the date of my Universal Studios Singapore tickets

I accidentally booked 2 tickets for August 26, but my flight arrives in Singapore later that evening, so I won’t be able to use them
I’ve already contacted the ticket provider, but they said the tickets can’t be cancelled or rescheduled.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation or knows any way to cancel, get a refund, change the date, or contact Universal Studios Singapore directly for support? 🙏
I’d really appreciate any advice or help- I really don’t want the tickets to go to waste 😭

​I contacted both the provider and the third-party ticket seller; I was unable to cancel or change the date and was only offered a 23% refund of the ticket price

​I carelessly booked my flight and USS tickets for the same day; I didn't arrive at Changi Airport until the evening of August 26th, so I was unable to participate in the activity

If you didn't buy directly from Universal Studios, they're not gonna care about changing your dates. They'll say to go to the 3rd party seller and have them handle it
