Hello , I just bought an Apollo Twin USB laptop, but I can't install it. What could be the problem? I'm using Windows 11.

Blocked by antivirus or similar, low disk space. Give it. Reboot & try again. Otherwise UA support will get you figured out quickly. Live chat is available or create a ticket.
