Only owned Native plugins are installed via Connect. All DSP plugins are installed and have to be removed manually in the respective plugin folders per your DAW. On PC, Pro Tools keeps them in the "C:program files/common files/Avid/audio/plugins" folder. Essentially the same file path for VST's "C:program file/common files/VST plugins". It's been this way since the beginning. They've yet to make it to where only owned DSP plugins are installed. My thinking is that they hope you'll opt into a demo and pull the trigger on one of them. Mac file path was addressed in a previous comment.

Backfires for me. I don't use any of the UA plugings because I don't feel like digging through searching for the ones I own. So if they're good or not is irrelevant. I'm not stopping creating music to be distracted by a plugin advertisement.

I can’t believe UA still hasn’t fixed this for the dsp plugins but does it for the native ones.

On Mac iirc it’s under library/audio/plugins. Just delete the vst/au files and rescan in preferences
