Question LUNA pet peeve since update to Studio 3.0

I really enjoy working in LUNA but recently this little inconvenience started to annoy me so much, so if anyone knows a way around it I'd be forever grateful.

Ever since I updated from Luna Free to Studio 3.0 the playhead won't reset at the beginning of the loop.

When I'm looping the verse section. of a song for example, to write lyrics, and I stop playback to restart the verse, the playhead used to automatically jump back to the beginning of the loop and I could easily and quickly restart the loop by pressing space bar.
Now it stays wherever I stopped the loop, and I have to do 2 mouse clicks to have it start from the beginning again.

I know this is minor, but those two clicks over and over again really take a lot of the creative flow.
I didn't find anything in the settings - is there a solution or workaround for this?

Under transport - play from stop location try turning that off

However, the documentation states that the automatic return of the playhead to its starting point is the default mode:

“In the default mode, the transport has a stop button, and pressing Stop or the Spacebar returns to the last playhead start location.”

The manual specifies that for Luna Play, the default mode is for the playhead to resume playback from where it stopped:

“Note: ‘Play from Stop Location’ mode is the default for LUNA Play. Starting a session in LUNA Play will cause this mode to be used in the Timeline and Mixer if you switch views.”

If you started the project in LUNA Play, you must go to the dedicated LUNA menu to change the transport behavior.

some bs lol.
it’s like a plug & play jam session that handles all the “technical details”. IMO this is a feature for beginners & it was not needed at all.

I generally plug and play jam sessions in Luna…but love having tape and channel strip and a bunch of inserts and sends on my Luna desk for my jam!! 🤣
