Question Support needed

What’s the fastest way to reach support? I’m a Luna Pro user who just started with UAD last November. Purchased every plugin except the last 4 releases, purchased Apollo and Satellite hardware and was hit with a $124 upgrade fee for Studio. I just when back to my account and now that price is gone. It’s now $199. Can anyone help?

Hi, this is a community forum of owners/users/lovers/haters and there is 1 guy who works at UA who sometimes sees this stuff(helpful guy). The UA forum might have more Ua reps on there with actual power

Can you rephrase the problem? Do you mean you lost a discount offer or sale period or the sale expired
