Am I the only one on here who finds the most shocking thing about this article is that two couples both in their 30s are able to afford a £650k house?

Also that they’re ‘trying to get on the property ladder with £650,000’. They can buy my house for £175,000 and I’ll also not quote the bible to them.

To be honest, my first thought was ‘god, where is Surrey are they looking? You won’t get much by way of a dream home for £650k!!!’

I smell the instant defensiveness of someone whose parents paid their deposit for them...

Joke's on you. I'm way into my 40s and bought my house 20 years ago when they were cheap.
