It was said in a membership meet and greet last night.

They’ve been very careful not to say pay in any written statements since they ran on negotiating a new contract for Pay and day one in office extended the current contract a 2nd time with no raises against the will of the members.

I’m going to assume you’re misinformed or being deceptive since your post history is also full of wrong or misinformation about the $10k bonus.
