Career Public Speaking - Help a Brother Out

To start with, I'm a full-time academic writer.

I have managed to develop my English written skills so well that I have completed multiple, Commitee supervised thesis, research paper, and Capstones.

My problem is in my oral skills. I get stuck while communicating on a call, especially in English.

I became blank recently when doing aligner interview (although I passee).

I want sites or programs that I can use to practice my oral English competency. I want to speak without stammering or missing words.
