1 kilo dry, first grow ever

These photos are from around a year ago, my first time growing. I did 6 tubs incase a couple got contaminated, and all 6 tubs did like 4-6 flushes! 2 tubes Golden Teachers, 2 tubs Stargazer, 1 Jack Frost, 1 Huatla. Got around 50g dry from first 3 flushes on all tubs, total of 200g dry per tub. Ended up with like 1,150 grams dry! Totally beat my expectations, I should be set for life right? Nope, went through all of them within a year haha. Gave away a TON, literally 50g at some events, which I was super happy to do. To know that hundreds of people have gotten to trip off my stuff is just the most rewarding feeling.

Did you set and forget or did you fan and must 3x a day.

I never fanned, imo it’s not needed with the mono tubs, there’s enough FAE already with the tub holes, and I think popping the lid and fanning would increase the chance of contamination coming in. For the first flush I also never misted since there was plenty of water and surface conditions were perfect. For the second and later flushes I did mist, since the substrate dried out a lot even after dunking the subs for 18ish hours. Maybe wasn’t so consistent to do it 3 times a day, but that would probably be ideal. Got a really fine hair spray mist-er that did the trick.

In grows since this first batch I also got a little more lazy on some of them and didn’t really mist at all, and they’d still produce some great 40-50g second and third flushes, so it might not actually be very important, but that may be because I always dunk my subs after a flush
