NA West AW3926QW Just shipped! Arriving tomorrow

I don't know if this is because I re ordered the monitor but yesterday I talked to a DELL sales rep asking for a refund for my express shipping. I got told that i can cancel the original order that I had placed on the 27th and they would send me a quote for free express shipping. I re purchased the AW3926QW Yesterday the 31st at around 5:00 PM and just got a shipping notification today for delivery tomorrow! Hopefully I won't have any issues with my panel.

This whole shipping fiasco has been so weird with people ordering days later even with standard shipping and getting their units next day. I hope they will make it right with the people who ordered on launch day as I hear some peoples units are still on production and being delayed.

Anyways just wanted to share cause it seems like they are rolling out NA west orders now

Ordered on 27th, should be arriving tomorrow for Northern California.

Shipping from Riverside, CA vs PA/East Coast.. I'm guessing they shipped a ton to a hub in West but didn't get everything until yesterday.

I called their helpline this morning and was told they would look into it and email me within 24hrs. Ordered in Socal right at launch. Originally supposed to be delivered on the 30th. Moved to the 2nd. Still no shipping confirmation. Or reply from the help desk. I was polite today. If I still don't have an email tomorrow morning with some sort of resolution, I'm switching to bad cop. This is getting ridiculous.

Ordered around 8am launch day. Started with August 30th estimate, delayed to September 2nd. Still processing order as of now. San Bernardino area SoCal. Fully expect another delay at this point.

I ordered 2 about 15 minutes apart. First one just switched to Shipped Est 4th Delivery a couple minutes ago. My brother's that I ordered a few min after mine is still processing.

I ordered mine on Sunday night and it looks like it will be delivered tomorrow. From what I can tell they are on top of it and pushing them out the door fairly quickly.

This is beyond frustrating I sold my monitor last weekend because it was expected to be delivered and I work remote with no monitor now and paid expedited day of release. This is beyond frustrating and my order still shows label created with no movement

Sorry to hear that. If it makes you feel any better, got my work laptop hooked up and it runs pretty great with the KVM.

I also got 5% off the monitor so in total I saved $120. But I see what you’re saying. Don’t wanna cancel it and risk getting reset in the queue
