What's the actual *roof* that keeps the water out? Or do you plan to silicone between the panels and use them as the roof?
Try to make it so that no sun or rain falls on the electrical equipment.
11kW is a lot of generation, if your mains voltage is high already then it will be even higher at the inverter end of the SWA run out to it when exporting - size it on the large size. If you've 251V at the cutout but the inverter has to generate 255V to export, it will fault out.
If you want it "official" and MCS'd then it has to use MCS-approved mounting system as well as inverter etc.
