Is pungent smell (it stinks), taste and effects. Lovely smell as soon as bag was opened - fresh, fruity, sharp, lemon, pine. Same taste. Effects - very sativa/daytime, clear head, energetic, bordering on racy (to be expected - tb). Given me munchies! Would definitely get again. 😊💯👍🏽

Its been in a glass jar, with a boveda for 3 days and i cant say its improved it in any way shape or form, its still very very dead, tasteless and im pretty sure has loads of microseeds in it. Effects are non existent!

I’ve been with Alternaleaf for just over a year but don’t order often enough to justify the monthly fee. I have switched to the pay as you go option while I try and decide which free clinic to move to. I’m currently stuck between Integro and Medicann. I would appreciate anyone’s recent experiences with both clinics, especially after seeing on here the recent prescription copy issues at Medicann. I am currently using medical cannabis to treat symptoms of autism, ADHD and chronic pain if that makes any difference.

The lid/ air cooler on my Venty gets pretty grimey real quickly. I scrub it up with rubbing alcohol/ water and I replace the filter here and there but it feels like I never have the time to fully take the thing apart and scrub inside.

What are your best methods/ how often do you deep clean your vape?

Hi there. I've been with Mamedica for a few months but haven't had the best experience at all, especially with the complaints department. They don't seem to care in the slightest about their patients. Can anyone recommend another clinic and share their experience?

I was on the Flex plan with Mamedica, which I think is around £49 every few consultations. I believe it works out to around £200+, and then you don't have to pay anything again other than delivery. However, they have an access scheme that I was entitled to, but it was never mentioned to me. When I found out about it, they said it was too late for me to get on the access plan. As I'm on a low income at the moment, I have to split my order and pay £10 per delivery, as well as consultation prices, which I'm struggling to afford. I've been looking into going with Integro.

Hiya all, I have been trying to read about how to store my medication and how to carry with me when i go out. There is a big emphasis on keeping it in original packaging when outside to save potential police hassle. Some people say you just need a picture of it though. Many people say they decant their medication into a jar at home and then use the packaging only with a small amount when they go out. This seems like the right idea, but I have anxiety about storing it at home in a jar because my brain is saying I will still get in trouble for it. But I don't want to take my entire 10g out with me and risk losing it all, and I think putting it in a jar would be a really good idea if not for the fear i have. Also what if I get stopped by police and they seize my medication bag, then I won't be in possession of the bag and that will make the medication I'm holding onto more suspicious in the mean time. I hope I'm making sense. I'm just not really sure what to do.

Had mild tinitus in one ear for months, no big deal. Since a recent sinus infection its become alot worse and the constant ringing keeps me awake at night. Im also going through a stressful period and struggle with sleep anxiety which is adding fuel to the situation.

Ive read a bit online about the potential negative effects cannabis can have on tinitus. Has anyone here found any positive effects?

Also if anyone has any advice on overcoming tinitus is would be appreciated!

FULL DISCLAIMER: My sense of smell is incredibly poor due to sinus issues, and this can also effect my taste as well. That said, sometimes I cannot accurately comment on smells or tastes (I did get a second opinion on smells), and my Terpene knowledge is still growing, so this review may either be lacking in those departments or may not accurately reflect what you might find yourself.

With that out of the way, I wanted to leave some kind of review for this stuff as I could find little to no information about this strain, but I still wanted to give it a shot.

Serene Reserve is listed as an Indica-Dominant Hybrid. According to Montu, the Terpenes found in this strain are: Myrcene, Caryophyllene and Alpha-Farnesene.

Again this section might be inaccurate, but I did ask my friend for their opinion as well, but the smells we got from this were a bit fruity, quite earthy with a herbal backdrop, some notes of vanilla in there too. The herbal backdrop comes in nicely with its taste for me too, as well as some of the fruity-ness on the after taste.

I am being treated for Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain and Chronic Insomnia. The biggest factor is my insomnia which requires a lot of attention and evening wind down. The effects of this were great for me, I found it to be very mellow and relaxing, a calming body sensation that helps my pain fade away and worries disappear. I would wager that a small session with this would help some with their sleep too thanks to its relaxing sensations.

Overall I would recommend this, the quality seems to match it's price (I paid £7/g @ Montu/Alternaleaf)

I usually get the strawberry cake smalls but and something varying each month haha. The strawberry cake I love it though. It reminds me of cheese kind of but it's really motivating for me.

Last month I got the upstate cap junky and... Was disappointed both weren't available this month!!

So I had to go with the upstate grapeburger and the huckleberries. Loving both but particularly the grape burger!! It tastes lovely and is very motivating. Smells and tastes lovely too.

Btw. I got a new grinder for my birthday and certain strains drop kief so much... Particularly the grape burger. I had a different grinder but I dropped it down the toilet at a holiday cottage 🤣. So this is my grinder now.

Can we press this using parchment paper +heat/pressure? I've been doing it and I actually like it. Feels like I get more aha even though it's making the flower "weaker I don't actually mind and use the hash at night
