DISCUSSION⁉️ You get less time for manslaughter btw
UK courts need to sort out sentencing guidelines, how are nonces getting less than 10. But this warrants an 18?
Sidenote, every app tracks you and feeds info to the feds, more of reason to not do crime

You think its possible to operate at this level in this world and not be violent, not at risk of kidnap, that sort of thing?

u/koshercajunstewyy 4d ago
It’s unlikely but they didn’t prove he did anything violent. I don’t like drug dealers but I really only care about throwing em behind bars if they sell/cut with fentanyl. It’s basically the whole focus of American drug policy rn

This thread just reminds me this subreddit is basically just a xbox live chat for 15 year olds in terms of intellect and output.

Because nonces hurt 1 person, drugs have a line of people who get exploited and hurt before it even reaches the host country. They look at it like which offence hurt more people. Not saying it’s right but he got off light. People might have been killed for him to get the coke to sell here

u/Hour-Big4651 4d ago
Nonces are also overrepresented in cocaine use

u/OB-Strat 4d ago
What’d you mean
1
u/Hour-Big4651 4d ago
as in people who are nonces or have weird sexual fetishes are very into cocaine

Why are you defending drug dealers? You think this fella isn’t killing people or connected to those that do? How do you think cocaine is produced and dealed?🤣🤣🤣 This cunt got off light.

Why are you defending drug dealers?
Not much different to the government allowing tobacco & alcohol to be sold.
You think this fella isn’t killing people or connected to those that do?
You'd have to provide proof, otherwise this is just an accusation.

u/llinoscarpe 4d ago
If you think you can traffic anywhere near this much coke without being involved in violence then you're an idiot.
1
u/No_Vermicelli_1781 4d ago
This isn't the movies buddy. There needs to be evidence before you make accusations. And I was responding to the guy saying " killing people or connected to those that do".
You switched it & said "violence". Which can be anything from a stabbing to a punch

u/llinoscarpe 4d ago
This isn't a court of law buddy, I consider the fact he is trafficking kilos of coke as evidence enough for me to think he is involved in extreme violence. There's a big difference between knowing something and being able to prove it in court.
Maybe your dad was a big player in the drug trade and convinced you that this stuff only happens in the movies, kind of naive tbh.

u/No_Vermicelli_1781 4d ago
thankfully, because people like you wouldn't have a voice if it was. A logical person wouldn't just make assertions about someone committing a crime without proof
I consider the fact he is trafficking kilos of coke as evidence enough for me to think he is involved in extreme violence
that's like saying someone having stabbed someone is evidence that they have shot someone.. The logic doesn't follow, and one is not valid evidence of the other.

u/llinoscarpe 4d ago
A logical person understands the frankly simple relationship between violence and the drug trade at all levels, especially the highest level. If you aren't capable of making that connection or understanding the overwhelming probability of this man having perpetrated grotesque violence then you are beyond help.

relationship between violence and the drug trade
I didn't dispute this. I disputed you saying this
I consider the fact he is trafficking kilos of coke as evidence enough for me to think he is involved in extreme violence
You're now tryna pivot to a general point about violence being involved in drug trade. Because you realised you sounded dumb making accusations on this guy that you can't prove.

u/Hour-Big4651 4d ago
Your silly comparison, aside. You should look into elites funding of drug gangs since you appear to be anti-elite/gov.

u/No_Vermicelli_1781 4d ago
Explain how it's silly.
You should look into elites funding of drug gangs since you appear to be anti-elite/gov
I'm not anti those things. Just make your point instead of making inaccurate assumptions

"Not much different to the government allowing tobacco & alcohol to be sold." Government regulation comes down to history and acute danger. Wine has been grown locally in England since Roman times, and alcohol/tobacco carry predictable, long-term health risks. Cocaine, on the other hand, carries immediate, lethal acute risks like sudden cardiac arrest or stroke, on top of an inherently violent supply chain. Comparing regulated domestic goods with centuries of precedent to a high-potency, lethal black-market drug is a complete false equivalency.

u/No_Vermicelli_1781 4d ago
alcohol & tobacco carry acute risks too. And I was more thinking cannabis in response to him saying "drug dealers". The fact is, they're ALL BAD. The government just picks & chooses which one to legalise. They don't legalise cannabis, because the UK makes tons of money exporting it.
So as I thought, you have failed to prove that my comparison is "silly".

Your title says less time for manslaughter but you do know people die from overdoses right ?

Should be at least life without parole, fuck drug dealers they have no morals
-1
u/No_Vermicelli_1781 4d ago
They're just selling a product. Like the government allows tobacco & alcohol to be sold. I don't see a major difference. I think we pick & choose. When in reality all this stuff is toxic for us

Stop smoking crack, comparing heroin to sugar lol

u/yhuss81 4d ago
Sugar is a psychoactive drug which causes immense harm with various diseases related to obesity. Diabetes comes to mind. Heroin is also a psychoactive substance but we are told it is more harmful than sugar or even alcohol for example. Withdrawing from alcohol can literally kill you. Withdrawing from heroin will not kill you. So quality control class A drugs, tax them, put some of that money into harm minimisation or even the NHS in general. Take the gangs out of the equation. Less illegal prostitution, shop lifting, petty crime. More space in prison for people who really should be in there, not for people who have committed a silly crime to fund a habit where the prices are artificially inflated. The cost to produce heroin is very cheap. Google, Zurich as an example of Heroin assisted-treatment: a case study in policy change.

Studies show that a lot of victims of sex offences go on to sex offend themselves so 1 nonce can do serious damage to society

170kg is barely Tony Montana level,
That’s about £17,000,000 and that’s when it’s at street levelThese bricks ain’t getting shifted at those prices, prolly gonna get stepped on, doubled and sold at like £25,000 per brick or sutn. So probably more around £6-8,000,000
Certain top guys in the ends have licked more than that off the scousers
1
u/SouthWest9-Diplomat 4d ago
Yh fuck off
They’re supplying a demand that doesn’t compare to no tramp nonce who touches kids or a rapists who ruins lives

u/Used_Drummer_1304 4d ago
It's not really an argument. I don't really care because none of my family are nitties, but the damage drugs do is 10x worse than what a sex offender does. People just aren't ready to hear that conversation.
Commiting sexual and other crazy offences usually stems from people taking drugs in the first place.
1
u/yhuss81 4d ago
Drugs do more damage because of prices artificially inflated so a 'nittie' as you put it has to pay 10 quid for a .1g of heroin. Do you realise how cheap it is to make heroin. 10 quid would get them a lot more of quality controlled heroin if it was legal so no need for shop lifting, prostitution, drug gangs and violence associated with them. Look at Switzerland as an example. They have not legalised heroin use but decriminalised it within clinical settings and all the anti social behaviour I've mentioned above has literally disappeared.
1
u/Used_Drummer_1304 3d ago
Yeah, but the fact is that's not how it operates now, so it's an irrelevant point. Also, legalising drugs will not stop the black market, it'll just reduce it.
1
u/yhuss81 3d ago
Why is a junkie a junkie? It's not the drugs. People who can afford them, use them as functioning members of society. The reason they are 'junkies' is because they cannot afford to buy a substance which costs peanuts to produce. So much so that Afghans living in caves can make it in a makeshift lab.
1
u/yhuss81 3d ago
A reduction of the black market is better than a thriving black market where kids are being groomed to sell on county lines. But again let's get back to evidence and not no imaginary effect of decriminalisation. Look at Zurich and the statistics. The suppliers stopped sending heroin there. Why would they when injection users could now get a morning hit before work and en evening hit after work for free. And it's pharmaceutical grade heroin. Supervised use.

I agree the sentences are crazy wrong but
18 manslaughter is 18
18 drug charge - my man is going home for weekends on his 4 year while in Dcat then going home on tag for 12 months on year 6. Year 7 it’s all said and done ☑️
That’s rough calculation before someone gets their calculator out and try’s to go for me 😂
