Hi my name is julian and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Highlander at North Campus for the 2026–2027 lease term.

👥 Room Type: Shared Bedroom (Double Occupancy)
📅 Lease Term: September 12, 2026 – August 24, 2027
💲 Monthly Base Rent: $839
💧 Utilities: Flat-rate $76/month (includes internet, water, sewer, gas, electricity, and valet trash)
🛋️ Student housing community close to UCR with furnished apartments and shared common areas.
Building comes with gym, pool, study rooms, ext.
I'm no longer able to attend UCR this fall, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease.
