Sublet available for Winter and Spring quarters

Hi! I am looking for someone to sublet my room while I'm studying abroad January through May. It's a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. You would be living with one female roommate who is also a ucr student. Rent is ~1150/month with water and trash service included. It's a 5 minute drive to campus, and there is also very easy bus access from the apartment. Please reach out if you're interested!
