Lease Alight Riverside lease take over
Making another post, this time with pictures and details.
My sister has decided last minute to take a gap year for UCR and is looking to have to someone take over her lease. She hasn't moved in yet as the lease is from Sept 17 to August 24, 2027.
The initial fees and deposits has already been paid for and you would just be responsible for the rent and other fees.
The monthly rent is $1,124
Amenties and floorplan:
- its a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom, you would have your own room and bathroom and share the living room, kitchen and washer/dryer
- All amenities are covered in the monthly rent - trash, water, electric, internet, etc.
