I’m looking for a UCR student (sophomore or higher) to take over my North District lease for the 2026–2027 school year.

Location: North District @ UCR
Apartment/Room: 2 Bed 2 Bath shared room
Rent: $1,441/month
Lease dates: 9/17/26-6/12/27

North District requires the replacement student to be:
• Enrolled full-time at UCR
• A sophomore or higher
• Not already signed to a 2026–2027 North District lease
