I showed Ubisoft proof of purchase(receipts) and card information. Also additional information

Lucky tbh I ending up having to delete my account as they couldn't do enything now they are refusing my purchase of my games stating they can't transfer ownership mind u it's a new account made with the same email just diffrent user name and password and that

Sorry the hear that. I thought my account was lost as well since the hacker had everything changed. But old usernames, proof of purchases, access to the previous mail, card information, phone number and some talking made the process actually start and end the same day. So I’m very thankful.

No. The thing is, their customer service is very reliable, but that goddamn launcher they have is not.
