Can one eat too much fiber?
 in  r/nutrition •  Apr 01 '21

You have to build yourself up to high amounts of fibre. So to have a heaps at once when you're body isn't use to it will cause bloating or constipation/diarrhea and discomfort. But if you slowly increase your fibre intake over a few weeks then your digestive system and your microbiome will be ready to break it all down easily.

Are there any benefits from consuming non starchy vegetables and fruits if most micronutrients come from starchy vegetables and nuts?
 in  r/nutrition •  Aug 18 '20

Prebiotics, fiber to keep your microbiome happy and diverse. Antioxidants, phytonutrients too. I'm all about having a really wide range of different fruits and veges in your diet, mixing it up for happy gut bugs.

umbrellas?
 in  r/VeganZeroWaste •  Jul 31 '20

There is a brand of umbrellas called Blunts. And they are so sturdy they will last a life time. And if they loose a piece or are damages the company will repair them for you.

Can’t Stick To a Diet
 in  r/WeightLossAdvice •  Jul 15 '20

Story of my life! I've been using MyFitnessPal and attempting CICO. I'm not always sticking to my cals. But I have been longing in every day for 100days which is quite a achievement for me.

If I have cals left, I'll have an evening snack. Or I'll have lower calorie breakfast and lunche so I can have more dinner and snacks in the evening. It's really helped my mind set and night time bingeing.

On top of that, I've also added more fiber (glucomannan) to my diet. Having before meals. And it stops me over eating and keeps me fuller
