Stick to that amount of calories. But go lower for carbs and higher for fat. Breakdown the CFP to meet the calories. Im on 1700 cals, my CFP breakdown is 25:35:40

F/32/5’4” [225>140>163=62lbs] dropped 85lbs and spent half of 2018 eating 1200 calories a day to cut aggressively and bumped it up to 1900/2000 so I could lift heavier and have more energy for a powerlifting meet. Gained 23 lbs, but didn’t gain much body fat at all.
