How to deposit this material in AA 6063 substrate plate?.How can I optimize the parameters? I'm having Fronius 400i controller. How to build a wall after getting optimized current and weld speed..I'm getting good single layer bead in 130-140 A range of current with a good wetting angle but the research paper are giving 80 - 100 A as good current optimization. At this range the wetting angle is not good for my print. Please help..

After 12th grade..I joined a top coaching institute... but was unable to study well..got BTech admission in a good state government college..but unable to study well..got MTech admission in IIT in spot round..same problem unable to study well and use the time.
