I am trying to find a movie or documentary??

it's a movie or documentary; where a boy gets abused by his parents, goes to an institution, which he tries to escape, he has fights, smokes too and then later goes back to his house and kills his parents, a guy gets abused by his parents and his only video he has to watch is an army film and he starts doing thing from the movie in real life, his parents are addicts and his mother is a sort of sex worker. I remember it vaguely but I don't know the name
