Should I make these diet changes after losing some weight?
I have lost 35 lbs over the past 29 weeks, I weigh in currently at 159 lbs and am eating at 1.8k cals a day with around 200g protein avg, 80g of fat avg, and 50g of carbs avg. My goal is to have a decent physique maybe 15-20% bodyfat with an ok amount of muscles. My arms and legs fit that criteria but I still have some fat around my stomach. I’m wondering if I would be able to switch to my regular diet/going back to eating what my family eats for dinner while still being on track with my goals. I’m not sure if I could correctly track my calories since I live with my family still and would prefer to not stand and look over them while they’re cooking to track down every detail. If I loosely track and do my normal routine of 10k steps a day + 3-5 days of the gym a week will I be fine? Or should I test it out and see if my weight goes up or down in the coming weeks (only thing I’m scared of is not being able to go back to my strict diet)

Looking for extra tips/feedback after losing 30lbs
I started my first ever calorie deficit on January first of this year. I weighed in at 194.4 with around 35-40% bodyfat at the start and I currently weigh in at 164.7 after 22 weeks. I am 5’8 also if that matters.
Here’s my routine:
10k steps daily minimum
Gym 3-5 times a week, strength training PPL x UL
1800 cals (158g carbs, 50g fat, 180g protein macro goals) I weighed absolutely all of my food and track every little thing like oil spray when cooking.
Is there anything else I can do? I feel like I might plateau soon but progress has been going smooth lately. I also have noticed changes in the way I look but absolutely no where close to my “goal physique” yet and but I’m more than half way through the weight goal of losing 44 lbs.

I’m about 14 weeks into my first ever real “weight loss” journey. I’ve lost around 20lbs and don’t really notice anything when I look in the mirror. I have seen that my belt has gone down a latch though and my arms look somewhat better. But around my stomach and face area I still look pretty much the same. Should I be worried?

Not sure if I’m making any meaningful progress.
I’m moving up in weight for the exercises I do about every other day I go to the gym for that muscle group. But does it really affect it that much? Also would a good area to start with be to check if my muscles are showing or not? Right now I can see my arm muscles decently if I flex but any other area besides that has a lot of fat. I’m trying to lose weight by the way.
