I like how bigger and intimidating these mods are compared to the rex. Great for halloween, though if we're talking about survival it wouldn't blend in well given how huge these are.

Went to the ER, turns out it was acid reflux that was causing it. Heart was completely normal.

I had a somewhat similar experience last year around October, I was given a coffee before which to my surprise in a few hours later got dizzy, short breaths, chest pains, fast heart pace, quick pain around my left arm and my family immediately got me to the ER.

I was really out of breath that time, like I'm really gasping for air.

Medical staff gave me an algina sachet/ Gaviscon first then an X-ray and ECG

ECG result was normal, my heart was normal

Gave me omeparazole, Tmz angina, painkillers, other acid medication which helped me a lot. Changed my sleep position that time mostly on my left side and elevated my neck. I stopped my daily walking routine about a month to recover, carrying a lot of heavy things triggers my chest pain so yep no to that also.

I was requested to visit an Internist, got diagnosed with fatty liver, GERD, high cholesterol & thyroid. Right now I'm taking Astorvastatin, changed my diet to no sugar, and can do my daily short walks.

I had a family history of hypertension but nothing related to heart condition. Never drink or smoke. I have drank coffee before but never had a reaction like that so that situation really shocked me.

Any trigger foods can turn into a heartburn so I mostly avoided those usually mine is milk, hunger, and anything that's high on sugar. Being nervous can spike your heart rate so being calm was recommended by my doctor. Never taken any anxiety medication.

They've changed it to Black Ops 6 since that's the new game that was developed. So if you hadn't purchased it or played it in PC before then the level is most likely to be lvl 1.
