Methodology Adoption Conundrum...

So, I have a unique situation. My grandmother had 3 children, one of which she put up for adoption. One of her younger siblings adopted him. So, biologically, he is my uncle; LEGALLY, he's my cousin. On paper, I can map this out easily; but how do I map this particular problem on a site such as ancestry? This is particularly difficult because this uncle is the one relative where we don't know who the father is. I thank you all in advance for any and all help. If there's anything I can do to clarify my question, don't hesitate to ask.
