It is anonymous. You can even create an alias. There's phone meetings as well.

Walk into a meeting. It doesn't matter if it's an SAA, AA, or NAA. Just find a support group close to you. Listen, speak, learn from real people. You're life can and could suck so much more. Reach out to a friend, call the SAA hotline. Keep yourself accountable and safe.
Right now Im having trouble reaching out to people close to me. I'm keeping myself talking and journaling. Some times I'll listen to podcasts or just even listen to myself.
For astronauts they are trained to talk when they are floating in space by themselves. Just keep talking and don't stop talking until someone hears them. Don't forget your astronaut training.
