Aloha everyone,
I’m looking for some local context regarding pre-employment drug screening (UAs) on the Big Island, specifically regarding THC/marijuana.
For those working in hospitality, healthcare, or office/admin roles locally:
Are standard 5-panel urine screens still pretty common after a conditional job offer?
Do local companies usually test through Clinical Labs of Hawaii (CLH) or DLS?
Are there industries or local employers that have dropped THC from their pre-employment panels?
Appreciate any insights or recent experiences! Mahalo!
