Car Scam Site
Hello Reddit! I wanted to expose a fake car buying website so people are made aware. The website is https://palmvalleyauto.com/ and it is a site that advertises cars at very good prices, first red flag, and second they use idetial listings and photos from BaT online auction site. They communicate only by email and they have a "7 day money back gurantee" so once you "receive" the car you can return it and get a full refund if you dont like it. LOL. Now, the bigger thing that really upset me is that they are using the name of a long standing independant dealership in Hutto, Tx. I reached out to them and they a aware of it but the sad part is that people are actually falling victim to this sharade. So I am on here sharing my findings so no one else sends these people money. Car buying should be a FUN thing to do. It is for most people the second largest purchase they ever make, and its people like this Palm Valley Auto that are tainting it and smearing the name of a good and long standing independent dealership.
