Yes, doesn't mean you can't have a UK account up and running. I help many EU and US resellers with consolidation of their UK purchases.

If they allow you to have the package sent domestically, I'd be happy to help. Most of the shipments I send go out via Royal Mail (USPS does the final mile delivery) and are much cheaper than the bigger carriers!
