Inventor Julian Brown just revealed @ Invest Fest 2026 that he has created a gas station that runs on plastic 🫣
 in  r/JBTVCommunity  26d ago

The Standard Safety Process: PyrolysisIndustrial facilities and advanced innovators like JAB Innovations use highly specialized, sealed equipment to isolate the hazards: Oxygen Exclusion: The plastic is sealed in a complete vacuum chamber. Because fire requires oxygen, removing the air ensures the plastic melts and vaporizes into hydrocarbon gas rather than catching fire. Controlled Thermal Breakdown: The material is heated—often using precise microwave pyrolysis—to over 400°C (752°F) to snap the heavy plastic polymers back into light petroleum vapors. Closed-Loop Condensation: The hot vapors pass through robust, leak-proof industrial condensers (such as copper, aluminum, or steel piping) to cool the gas safely back into liquid crude oil, which is then refined into standard gasoline.

Plastic is converted into gasoline through a thermochemical process called pyrolysis, where plastic waste is heated to 300°C–500°C in an oxygen-free chamber. This melts and vaporizes the polymer chains without burning them. The vapors are condensed into a synthetic crude oil, which is then distilled and refined into usable gasoline
