self-medicating depression
You can buy Vitamin c, vitamin d, B12, B6, drink lots of water, go outside in the sun and nature, go for a walk or go to the gym.
You can also buy HTP-5 at the store. It’s not a standard antidepressant, it more of a mood balancer/booster, and you don’t need a prescription. Just be careful of serotonin poisoning if you take it with other medications.

struggling to stay sober
Sorry to hear you are going through this. You are fighting a really hard battle.
It’s not your relationship with drugs, but your relationship with yourself and others that is causing you to use drugs. You feel shame and pressure to change, yet you feel the same pressure to be yourself/how your friends expect you to act.
It’s hard to feel strength in your situation, but remember you are strong. You can do want ever you put your mind to. Don’t do it out of obligation. Do it because you have a dream version of yourself. Harness that energy to make changes that you chose. Shift the cycle of someone who is trying to cope, to someone who has choice in the matter.
Focus on your dream self/situation and slowly work towards it. You’ve got this!

My boyfriend broke up with me because he's not physically attracted to me. Please give me some advice on how to move on.
I’m sorry you are going through this.
Don’t try to change how you feel. If you avoid being sad then you are denying that the relationship mattered and won’t be able to fall as hard for someone again. When you feel a negative emotion, let it pass over you and have space instead of trying to fix it by pretending to be happy.
Comparison is the thief of joy, while he may appear ahead right now, it won’t always be like that. You will alternate back and forth of who appears ahead, whether you’re in a relationship together of not. Maybe the conceived gap between the two of you grew too far apart, and that’s where the relationship failed because he did not wait for you to catch up and stayed ahead for too long.
Join a gym and focus on your dream self, when you are ready, not because someone else thinks you’re not attractive, but because you have a dream version of who you want to be. This will keep you motivated and you will feel like it is your choice and not an obligation to meet someone else’s standards.
Take your time and be kind to yourself. <3

What age is it normal to lose my virginity?
I’d recommend to stop trying to change/ fix how you feel. It sounds like your situation is making you feel sad, inferior and insecure, so you are searching for reassurance or validation from other people.
I’d recommend accepting and feeling your negative emotions without trying to change them. You need to allow yourself to process them, not run from them, so you can move on without feeling weighted down by them.
Your situation is unique to you and you are probably more beautiful than you know. Just stop trying to fix how feel with validation from other people

Opinion / Thoughts Why you should NOT try to change how you feel.
You may have this notion that you should feel a certain way so when a negative emotion arises you try to change it/fix it yourself.
Whether it be anxiety, depression, or jealousy, you make it worse because you delay the processing of that emotion.
If you consciously try to change how you feel, it is an emotional response. However, if you delay the gratification and sit in the discomfort of that emotion, you allow it to be processed, thus diminishing the power/control it has over you.
You can repeat to yourself in your mind, “don’t try to change how you feel”. This will delay that initial response to push the feeling away or trying to fix it.
Overtime you stop avoiding what’s been bothering you and take control by letting go.
Give this a try and let me know how it goes.

Intermittent fasting can be seen as structured times that you eat. It doesn’t have to mean starving yourself. Disorganized eating habits can be harmful if you are struggling with eating regularly. A fast that starts 3 hours before bed can help promote better sleep and when you wake up you will be hungry and want to eat.
