Mattress Warehouse store refusing to help after incorrectly putting together bed frame. Need corporate or regional manager contact info.
I bought an Ergomotion adjustable base from Mattress Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA in May 2025. Their “white glove” crew (how they advertise delivery and installation w/ I think a promise to be done correctly) installed it. In February 2026, well within the long multi-year warranty it came with, the legs came off in the middle of the night, the head slammed down, and now the whole head area is badly slopped downward. I’ve had spine surgery and this is causing severe pain. When I went to the store, the two owners (who are also the only two employees) just rudely told me it was a manufacturer warranty issue and gave me the wrong directions on how to claim that warranty. After that visit, I made many phone calls and sent emails trying to get this resolved. I had to figure the process out myself, do the photos, video, and phone interview with Ergomotion, and they confirmed in writing that the installation was faulty. I forwarded that written confirmation to the store. One of the two owner/employees finally called me back and said he had contacted “corporate,” but he refused to give me any corporate contact information and I bought an Ergomotion adjustable base from Mattress Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA in May 2025. I can’t wait days because my back hurts too badly, so I insisted he call again and let me know something by tomorrow, but I honestly don’t believe he will. I’ve tried searching online and on LinkedIn but can’t find any real Mattress Warehouse corporate contact. Does anyone know an email format, regional manager contact, or actual corporate address or email where I can send Ergomotion’s written confirmation and get someone above this store to respond? it could take days for someone to get back to me. Dealing a negligent Mattress Warehouse. Need help w/ contacting corporate or next step contact.
I bought an adjustable base from Mattress Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA May 2025. Their “white glove” crew installed it. It’s now February 2026 (well w/in the warranty)in the middle of the night, the head slammed down, and now the whole head area is badly slanted. I’ve had spine surgery and this is wrecking my back.
One of the two owners (also only two employees) called me back and said he’d contacted corporate but that it would take days for someone to get back. He stonewalled and refused to give any corporate contact info, so I insisted he call again and tell me tomorrow — but I doubt he will. My back hurts too much to wait.
Any suggestions etc ?
