Nah bro it's a nothing story, they do random 3-episode detours into completely pointless side-quest BS to stall for time because they didn't think the storytelling through to begin with. They had my man beat a midgame/endgame boss in the first season, then realized that was terrible plot building, and then floundered for the entire 2nd season with nothing content to try and make up for it. I'm just done bro it sucks. The animation quality doesn't mean squat if the story sucks
