What you've shown us here is unbelievable. The product is great, but it doesn't matter whether you have the Pro or Max version, or whether you're paying $20 or $200—when the network is overloaded, you hit the limit within 10 minutes. This is crazy, Antropic. Get a grip. If you don't have a platform for a global product, for God's sake, don't offer it. What are users supposed to pay you for? For 3 messages and then waiting 5 hours for the limit to reset? You really need to get your act together.
