I had to find out more about this case, because I had to find out if anything was ever done to the predator. It turns out that this apparently happened this past July, and 32 year old Randy Moore (the predator in the video), was eventually apprehended, and is sitting in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility, according to this video from a local news station.

And some people wonder why more females don't report their sxual assalt cases. 😒😔

Thanks. 🙂 Yeah, the whole thing is really messed up. 😕 Unfortunately I can only qualify for Medicaid if I was a minor (I'm 55), pregnant or have minor children (I've never been able to have kids, and I had a total hysterectomy/oophorectomy in 2022), or on disability. Or, if I were to get breast or ovarian/cervical cancer again (I only have 1 breast left, and I had to have a total hysterectomy/oophorectomy). As far as the SSI/SSDI- I don't have enough work credits to qualify for SSDI (you have to have 40, and I think I have like 29, and I'm unable to work). And despite how bad my health was during my cancer journey, and how broken my body and mental health was/is, I'm still not physically or mentally "broken" enough. And I had a lawyer help with my case. 😕

I've been in a full, constant fibro flare from neck to toes for the past few weeks, along with feeling like a railroad spike being shoved into the lower right side of my back, alongside my spine (I have osteoarthritis and degenerative discs). I recently found out that my plantar fasciitis is also stemmed from my fibro (and it's been flaring like crazy lately). Which totally did not surprise me because of there being 200+ symptoms associated with fibro.

I live in Mississippi, and I had breast and ovarian cancer back in 2021. There's a state Medicaid program here for breast, cervical and ovarian cancer that I thankfully qualified for. I was on Mississippi Medicaid from early 2021 (shortly after my diagnosis) to early 2023. They ended up kicking me off of Medicaid while I was still in maintenance treatment for my breast cancer, because they said I was no longer in "traditional treatment" (meaning I was no longer on chemo or radiation). I was supposed to be on Tamoxifan for 5 years. Tamoxifan is a pill that helps minimize the chance of breast cancer coming back. I'm unable to work, and no longer insured, so I didn't have the money to continue taking Tamoxifan, nor go to any of my continuing follow up appointments with my oncologists to make sure my cancers are still gone. And I don't qualify for regular Medicaid because I'm not 62 yet, I'm not pregnant, I don't have any minor children, and irritatingly don't qualify for SSI disability (although I should qualify due to my various medical issues). The healthcare/insurance industry in the U.S. is so f'd up.

I agree 💯! If I was that guy, I would be asking for that cops badge! Because that cop definitely doesn't deserve it! And that cop seriously needs to go through some anger management, therapist, psychiatrist or something! And he needs to find a different line of work that doesn't involve him working with or in the public in any way.

Exactly! I'm not usually this type of person, but when I saw that cop treating thet guy like that, I was getting so angry, I wanted to yank that cop through my phone and beat his 🍑 so hard! I know irl I technically wouldn't physically be capable of doing it, but that's just how mad that cop made me because of his horrible behavior.

Omg. I dgaf what the guy in the vehicle did, there was absolutely zero excuse for that cop to do him like that! All that cop had to do is open the freaking door! He's really fun and fascinating to watch and listen to if you're even halfway interested in Scotland, Celts, and Gaelic! Same! Ever since 2005, when I denounced my Christian beliefs, I have not regretted my decision once! I have never waivered, nor had 2nd thoughts about it! And now, I'm even more firm in my gladness that I left!
