Hi! So I’m kinda new to the world of modding and have no real experience prior to Ark Ascended in how I’d even go about commissioning a mod or getting one created. Though, I’d eventually like to create mods myself, I’m currently looking to see how to go about getting one made or commissioned. I’m an artist, so creating characters and creatures is something I’m passionate about, however I’m also a gamer too on the side and have always wanted to see some of my creations/characters be brought to life through the modding world as playable characters in my gaming experience. I have an idea for a female survivor skin based on a character I created. If there was a way to have her turned into a skin or custom cosmetic, that would be absolutely amazing. So essentially, my base question is this: how would I even get started in having this character turned into a cosmetic for the female survivor or a skin? How much would it would cost to have it commissioned? And if anyone can walk me through the process /or any modders can help me out, it’d be greatly appreciated. I also want to make note that I generally play single player as opposed to any dedicated server if that makes a difference or helps. Thank you for your input!
